How ordering works

Add pieces to your order on the site and send it to us by WhatsApp or email.
We reply with your total, including tracked shipping to your country.
You pay through a secure PayPal invoice. We confirm the dispatch date with your order, before you pay.
You receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves Surat.

Payment

PayPal invoice: pay with your PayPal balance, or with Visa, Mastercard or American Express without a PayPal account. PayPal's buyer protection applies.
Bank transfer: available for wholesale orders on request.
Prices are in US dollars. Your card or PayPal converts to your currency at checkout.
Payment is taken in full before dispatch. We never ask for card details by message or email.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Surat, India. Every parcel is tracked.
Standard: typically 7–14 business days after dispatch, by tracked post or economy courier. The lowest cost, and the usual choice for a few yards.
Express: typically 3–6 business days after dispatch, by DHL or FedEx. Best for bridal deadlines and larger orders.
Choose when you send your order. We quote the exact cost for your parcel and country before you pay. Customs can add a day or two in either case.
Import duties and taxes, where your country charges them, are paid by the buyer.
If a tracked parcel is lost in transit, we send a replacement or refund you in full.

Returns and refunds

Uncut items and neck patches: return within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition, for a full refund of the item price. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
Borders cut to your length are made for your order and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item: tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we refund in full, including shipping, or send a replacement. You choose.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the return.

Cancellations

You can cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

Questions buyers ask

How do I place an order?

Choose a length or quantity on any product and press Add to order. Open your order (top right), pick Standard or Express shipping, and send it to us on WhatsApp or by email. We reply with your total including shipping, then you pay by a secure PayPal invoice. We confirm the dispatch date with your quote.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay?

No. Our PayPal invoice lets you pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express as a guest. If you have PayPal, you can pay from your balance.

How fast will my order arrive?

Standard typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Express by DHL or FedEx typically takes 3–6 business days. Tell us your wedding or event date and we will advise the right option.

Will I pay import duty or tax?

Possibly, depending on your country and order value. Duties and import taxes are set by your country's customs and paid by the buyer on delivery. We declare the true value and the correct product code on every parcel.

Can I return an item?

Uncut items and neck patches can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, for a refund of the item price; return postage is paid by the buyer. Borders cut to your length are made for your order and cannot be returned unless faulty. Full returns policy.
