We reply with your total including shipping, then you pay by a secure PayPal invoice. We confirm the dispatch date with your quote.
No. Borders start at one yard and neck patches at a single piece. Larger and wholesale orders are welcome too.
Yes. Use the enquiry button on the product, or write to us with the design number and the length you need. See Wholesale for bulk and custom work.
Often, yes. We source through workshop partners in Surat who can match colours and develop designs, with samples before bulk. Send us a photo or reference.
No. Our PayPal invoice lets you pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express as a guest. If you have PayPal, you can pay from your balance.
US dollars. PayPal or your card converts to your own currency at checkout.
Yes. You pay through PayPal, so your card details never reach us, and PayPal's buyer protection applies. We will never ask for card details by message or email.
Standard typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Express by DHL or FedEx typically takes 3–6 business days. Tell us your wedding or event date and we will advise the right option.
Trims are light and orders vary from one yard to a full roll. We weigh your parcel and quote the real tracked price for your country, so you never pay a padded flat rate.
Possibly, depending on your country and order value. Duties and import taxes are set by your country's customs and paid by the buyer on delivery. We declare the true value and the correct product code on every parcel.
Always. You receive the tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves Surat. If a tracked parcel is lost in transit, we send a replacement or refund you in full.
Uncut items and neck patches can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, for a refund of the item price; return postage is paid by the buyer. Borders cut to your length are made for your order and cannot be returned unless faulty. Full returns policy.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We refund in full, including shipping, or send a replacement. You choose.
Every product has a second photo taken against a steel ruler, and widths and sizes are listed in inches and centimetres. Ask us for more photos or a short video of any design.
Yes. When you order a length, we cut it as one continuous piece.
Our photos are unedited apart from cropping, but screens differ and dye lots can vary slightly. If an exact match matters, ask us for a photo in daylight before you order.
Dry clean or spot clean. Do not iron directly on sequins or mirrors; press from the reverse through a cloth.
Pin it to the garment, cut the fabric inside the neckline leaving a seam allowance, fold it under and hand- or machine-stitch along the inner edge of the patch.
Yes, to boutiques, designers and garment makers. Samples are paid and credited against your first bulk order. See Wholesale or email us with design numbers and quantities.
